New Vasantashram is a 71 year old hotel with a loyal client base. It is situated in one of the busiest commercial hubs of Mumbai- Crawford market, with the textile market (Mangaldas market), the electrical market (Lohar chawl) and the gold bazaar (Zaveri Bazaar) close to it.

Crawford market is a place one must visit if you’re staying at the hotel. It is famous for wholesale of fruit, vegetable, poultry, dry fruit and packaged food stuff. The area around the market is remarkable too. It offers a staggering variety of wares, everything you could possibly imagine from perfumes and cosmetics, to crockery and kitchen ware, umbrellas and electronics. It is also a home to beautiful, old temples and a mosque. Need anything urgently? You needn’t venture far.

(Extra fees are charged for guide services and entry fee where required.) Daily Delux bus service is available from the hotel to Nashik , Rs 4oo/ per person, one way only.
